Archbold – Thomasville, GA (Full‑time, Entry Level)

Description

Occupational Therapy Assistant, floating to other facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and their family members.
Notify therapists of changes in patient status and document in the medical record.
Complete progress notes accurately and legibly and submit them in a timely manner.
Float to other facilities as required.

Experience / Education

Graduate of an accredited two‑year occupational therapy assistant program.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Georgia.
BCLS certified.
Experience preferred.
