Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide on-site therapy under the supervision of an OT in a variety of care communities in Oregon. You will foster strong client relationships, help implement plans of care, and support a collaborative clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold ACOTE-accredited OTA training and a current state license, with strong English communication and a commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license
• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while delivering treatment per established plans of care.
• Deliver therapy and supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, with compliance to standards.
• Support ongoing therapy, case management, and coordination with the OT team.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on OT practice developments and regulations.
• Follow appropriate billing practices and documentation requirements.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols and professional conduct.
