Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Contribute to the development and success of the OTA program.
• Strengthen clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on OT developments.
• Apply appropriate billing practices and delivery models to meet standards.
• Deliver care aligned with treatment goals and produce meaningful outcomes.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols in the facility.
• Communicate effectively in English for documentation and coordination.
