Job summary
Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting in Steubenville, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapy Aide to support treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist and help patients perform daily tasks. You will assist with therapeutic activities, use adaptive equipment, monitor progress, and provide feedback for plan adjustments while maintaining a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Experience assisting with occupational therapy activities.
- Ability to monitor patient progress and report to the supervising OT.
- Comfortable working in a team-focused rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks.
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment.
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments.
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
