Job summary

Suru provides mobile outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients' homes, enabling longer treatment relationships, flexible scheduling, and continuity of care for clients who need frequent visits.

Clinicians join as 1099 independent contractors with California professional licenses. Onboarding is through the Suru app, referrals are optional, and pay is issued by direct deposit weekly after billing and eligibility are handled by Suru.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California professional license.
• Independent contractor status.
• Licensed PT or OT in good standing in CA.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to manage mobile home visits.

Responsibilities

• Submit referrals via the Suru app or web app.
• Conduct telehealth evaluations for patients.
• Provide follow-up treatment in patients' homes.
• Coordinate with Suru for eligibility, intake, and billing; continue care as assigned.
