Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT in diverse care communities. You will foster positive relationships with patients and facility staff while following established plans of care.

Our team provides ongoing training, a supportive leadership structure, and growth opportunities, with a focus on compliance, patient outcomes, and compassionate care across 44 states and 900 communities.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Valid OTA state license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed OT, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
• Upholds professional conduct and supports patients and facility staff within plans of care.
• Oversees Rehab Technicians as needed and participates in case management.
• Maintains compliance with state and federal regulations and billing practices.
