Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT in our patient care settings.

You will foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff, contributing to treatment plans and outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. The role supports ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff.
• Supervise Rehab Technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for residents.
