Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. You will help residents regain function, educate them in independent exercise, and work under OT supervision to meet patient goals.

In this role, you’ll partner with therapists, participate in discharge planning, and contribute to ongoing education and professional growth within a supportive, family-like setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid license granted from the state of employment.
• Current and valid OTA license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function in SNF settings.
• Educate patients for independent exercise post-discharge.
• Collaborate with OT and DOR under supervision to achieve therapy goals.
