Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science degree in occupational therapy assistance.
• Active OTA license in state of practice or ability to obtain before starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills; comfortable with documentation.
• Proficient with computer systems used in patient care and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents according to medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Assist with rehabilitative services on-site and contribute to patient-centered care.
• Seek mentorship and apply innovative therapies and technologies in practice.
• Pursue clinical interests and develop subject matter expertise over time.
