Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team.

You will provide one-on-one therapy, support rehabilitative services under clinical orders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life. Qualifications

• Associates of applied science degree in related field.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of practice, or eligible before start.
• Strong interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents, with patient-centered care.
• Assist with rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a team.
• Mentor and gain hands-on experience with innovative therapies and technologies.
