Somerset Subacute Rehab in El Cajon, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will provide skilled therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and support geriatric patients on their recovery journey.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OTA program and an active state license where applicable; candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

• Must have graduated from an accredited OTA program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• All levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments with OT supervision.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising OT.
