Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Valid state OTA license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in screening and input to initial evaluations.
• Implement treatment per established plan of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing per guidelines.
• Establish and maintain patient-centered interactions with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct supervision to rehabilitation technicians when required.
• Participate in utilization review, care conferences, and administrative meetings.
• Communicate patient progress and changes in condition in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and conduct oneself professionally.
