Join Our Teletherapy OT Team!

As a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will deliver occupational therapy services remotely, collaborating with licensed Occupational Therapists to assess, plan, and monitor treatment, guiding clients through virtual platforms to meet their occupational goals and enhance their functional abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy interventions, exercises, and activities to help clients achieve their goals.
• Educate clients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations.
• Use telehealth platforms effectively for therapy sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.

Compensation

W2 | $27.00 - $46.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and bilingualism.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid COTA certification and active CA State license
• Experience in clinics, private practices, hospitals, or home health
• Technical proficiency with telehealth platforms
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+), with experience in feeding, sensory, hand skills, emotional regulation, and neurodiverse clients preferred
