Job summary

NHC HealthCare Springfield is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team. You will provide quality rehab care on a flexible schedule and collaborate with therapists to support patient progress.

The role requires graduation from an AOTA-accredited OTA program, Tennessee COTA license, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Prior SNF experience is a plus, and we offer competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT.
• Tennessee COTA license required.
• Must have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
• Prior SNF experience a plus.
