Job summary

NHC HealthCare Franklin is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the rehab team. You will provide OT services on a flexible PRN basis, collaborating with therapists to support patient goals.

The role requires Tennessee COTA licensure, graduation from an AOTA-accredited OTA program, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Prior SNF experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT.
• Must hold Tennessee COTA license.
• Reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
• Prior SNF experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services as part of the rehab team on a PRN basis.
• Collaborate with therapists to support patient goals and ensure quality care.
• Document patient progress and participate in flexible scheduling as required.
