Job summary

NHC HealthCare Franklin is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehab team. You will provide occupational therapy services to residents in a SNF setting and collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Must be a graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program with Tennessee COTA licensure, reliable transportation, and a team-oriented attitude. Prior SNF experience is a plus, and the organization emphasizes recognition and opportunity

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT.
• Must have Tennessee COTA license.
• Must have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
• Prior SNF experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Join the rehab team on a PRN basis.
• Provide COTA services to residents in SNF settings.
• Collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to deliver quality care.
