Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapy Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults? At Benchmark Therapies, we’re seeking PRN COTAs to join our team at Ware Presbyterian Village in Oxford, PA.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized, high-quality rehabilitative services and evaluations
• Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Foster long-term relationships with residents and empower them to stay engaged in their well-being
• Guide patients, family members, and facility staff through therapy programs, goals, outcomes, and the benefits of rehab
• Uphold a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor
• Collaborate with your fellow therapists to maintain a positive, passionate team that works together to make a real difference in the lives of their patients

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
• Active COTA license in Pennsylvania in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with the senior population
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
