Job Summary And Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Carries out the treatment program and plan of care
• Monitors outcomes as related to the assessment and goals developed by the OT Reviews and communicates the patients’ status, requests modifications if needed
• Provides patient and staff education
• Manages his/her own patient caseload seeking direction from the OT as appropriate
  
  

What qualifications you will need:

• Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Associate Degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
