Job summary
Richland Place in Nashville, TN is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. You’ll work closely with licensed therapists to provide high-quality rehab services to residents, promoting independence and safety in daily activities.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OT assistant program.
- Tennessee COTA license and NBCOT certification or eligibility.
- Positive attitude, team player; reliable transportation.
- SNF experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled OT services under supervision.
- Collaborate with therapists and care team to support resident independence.
- Contribute to care planning and rehab goals.
