National HealthCare Corporation’s NHC HealthCare Franklin is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehab team on site in Franklin, TN. This position supports occupational therapy services under supervision and provides flexible scheduling to fit patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OT Assistant program; eligible for Tennessee COTA certification.
• Must hold Tennessee COTA license and be eligible for certification.

Responsibilities

• Join the rehab team on a PRN basis and provide COTA services under OT supervision.
• Assist with patient activities and documentation as required.
• Support on-site therapy sessions at NHC HealthCare Franklin.
