Job summary

You will provide direct patient care, help plan and implement discharge-ready treatment programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery for chronically and critically ill patients. Flexible scheduling enables work-life balance.

Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA), under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, is responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system. The Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
