Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our skilled nursing team in North Wilkesboro, NC. The role offers a strong mentorship program and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with full-time hours (30-40 per week).

As an OTA, you will perform direct care under supervision to maximize residents’ functional potential, supporting a compassionate, patient-centered approach in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of employment.
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
