Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OTR to join our North Wilkesboro NC Skilled Nursing Facility. The role is full-time (30-40 hours per week) with a strong mentorship program for new graduates, offering a supportive environment to develop clinical skills.

You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using a range of occupational therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in residents’ daily lives.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using occupational therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in daily living areas.
• Provide patient-centered OT interventions within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Collaborate with the care team to support resident goals and recovery.
