Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Dayton, OH is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility on a part-time basis. A sign-on bonus is offered for this role. Schedule is Monday through Friday with 15-29 hours per week, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

The COTA will perform direct care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and contribute to resident therapy plans while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio.
• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under OT supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and assist with care planning.
