Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Xenia, Ohio is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a PRN basis with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist in a BRAND-NEW skilled nursing facility.

The position offers flexibility with scheduling during the week or weekends and a clear path to full-time employment as hours grow. Ohio license as a COTA is required, and associates degree in OTA is preferred.

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is a skilled licensed therapist who performs direct care under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
