Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Centerville, Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility on a PRN basis. The role involves direct patient care under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist, delivering skilled OT services as needed and supporting rehab goals in a collaborative team environment.

We welcome licensed COTAs with an Associate degree who are flexible with hours, including evenings or weekends, to assist in providing quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a state-approved COTA license.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assists with treatment plans and implements skilled OT interventions as directed.
• Supports rehabilitation goals in a Centerville Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
