Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in patients' homes or independent living facilities, implementing therapy programs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in patient care and team meetings.
• Adhering to treatment schedules and documentation requirements.
