Colorado OTA licensure and current BLS certification are required; one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in the state where the hospital resides (Colorado).
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
