Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our inpatient care team. The OTA will provide direct patient care under the OT, planning and implementing individualized therapy programs consistent with PAM Health standards.

Candidates should be licensed as OTA in the state, have current BLS certification, and ideally possess one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and contribute to treatment planning.
• Plan and implement specific therapy programs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of PAM Health facilities and perform related duties as assigned.
