Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to provide coverage throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County. Responsibilities:

• Follow the plan of care outlined by the Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
• Interpret evaluation findings to ensure safety and address dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on established goals and follow through to achieve them.
• Offer advice and education to patients and their families.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness and patient progress, modifying plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• California COTA license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

We set standard base pay ranges based on function and level. Final offers depend on factors such as skillset, experience, and languages. The pay rate for this position is: $60 per visit.

We are seeking COTA coverage in the following areas: Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, San Fernando Valley, Westlake, Agoura Hills, Canoga Park, Calabasas, Moorpark, Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, and Pasadena.
