Premier Therapy LLC in Wauseon, Ohio is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position. You will deliver skilled treatment under the supervision of an OT, follow plans of care, and document patient progress.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited OTA program and hold or be eligible for COTA licensure in Ohio. SNF/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
