Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, focused on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities and independence.
You should be adaptable to patient needs, collaborative with peers, and able to make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Putting patients first and providing compassionate service are key aspects of this role.
