Job Description: Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Join Evolve Therapy Services, LLC in Manahawkin, NJ, as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at our in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. We are hiring compassionate therapists for full-time or PRN positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct resident screenings and develop tailored intervention plans within scope of practice.
  • Implement treatment plans, following established goals, and supervise therapists as needed.
  • Communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations to residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Coordinate therapy schedules with team members.
  • Deliver therapy services according to plan, ensuring proper documentation and billing.
  • Perform additional duties to ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with CMS documentation standards daily.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active OTA licensure in applicable states.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
