Qualifications

  • Licensed or certified to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside occupational therapists to design personalized treatment plans for residents.
  • Lead therapeutic exercises and activities to improve residents’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
  • Monitor residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide education to residents and their families about adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily living.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, coordinated care.
  • Uphold residents’ rights and dignity while fostering an environment of respect and compassion.
