Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. The OTA supports residents under the supervision of a licensed OT, helping patients regain independence and improve daily living activities in a post-acute setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a California OTA license, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current California OTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
