Job summary

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. Working under a licensed OT, you will help residents regain independence and improve daily living skills in a supportive post-acute setting.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $50-$55 per hour DOE and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with employer contribution, and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current California OTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
