You will implement therapy programs to help patients regain independence and physical abilities. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited program, holds certification from the National Board, and is licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia. The role is in-facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab, offering a competitive salary of $28.00 - $31.00 per hour along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You assess and address the whole patient, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their physical abilities and independence. You adapt to patient needs, collaborate with peers, make referrals, and ensure patients and families receive high‑quality, compassionate care.
