Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join the Cypress Ridge Care Center therapy team in California. Under the supervision of a licensed OT, you will help implement interventions to promote residents’ independence and well‑being.

Responsibilities include carrying out therapy plans, facilitating ADLs and mobility activities, documenting progress, and educating residents and caregivers. A CA OTA license is required; SNF experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of California.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient‑care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care team.
  • SNF experience preferred but not required.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our therapy department. Under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the OTA will assist in implementing therapeutic interventions designed to promote residents’ functional abilities, independence, and overall well‑being.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic activities to improve ADLs, functional mobility, strength, and coordination

Qualifications
