Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team in a supportive setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to provide personalized rehabilitation therapy and address a range of diseases and impairments.

We value licensed COTAs who can contribute to progressive treatment plans, deliver individualized patient care, and support families through the rehabilitation process. A drug-free workplace and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed to practice in the state of employment.
• Rehab SNF experience preferred.
