Assisted Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Maryland team in Baltimore. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a geriatric setting, with mentorship and supportive resources to thrive.

Qualifications

• Must be a Maryland-licensed or soon-to-be-licensed COTA.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills essential.
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, function, safety and independence.
• Track progress, update treatment plans, and communicate patient status clearly.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with therapy team and other health professionals.
• Help deliver a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Maryland (or soon to be licensed!)

Compensation

• $30-$40+ per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
