Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their in-house therapy program in Easton, MD. This part-time, on-site role supports skilled nursing facility care and long-term services.

You will provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT and assist in implementing personalized care plans. New grads welcome and collaboration with a dedicated team ensures quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification required by state (where applicable).
• Current state license as COTA.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision.
• Help implement individualized care plans focused on functional goals.
