Enhance Rehabilitation invites qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under an Occupational Therapist, you will support the delivery of individualized care and treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying OT techniques, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure seamless patient care and ongoing communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified occupational therapy assistant eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
