Job summary

Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OTA. You will maintain positive interactions with facilities, clients, and the interdisciplinary team while delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment per plan of care, supervising rehab technicians, and ensuring compliant documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapist; assist in screening and input to initial evaluations.
• Implement treatment for assigned patients according to the plan of care.
• Comply with state and federal guidelines for accurate and timely documentation and billing.
• Establish and maintain effective patient-centered interactions with patients and staff.
• Provide direct supervision to rehabilitation technicians during group and individual treatment.
• Participate in utilization review, case management, care conferences, and administrative meetings.
