Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients and develop ongoing plans of care.
• Screen, evaluate, and discharge planning for OT patients; supervise assistants and rehab technicians.
• Maintain compliant documentation and billing per state/federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support program development and ongoing professional education.
