Job summary

Heritage Manor Care is seeking a talented Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our post-acute care team. The OTA will provide therapy services under supervision, document care, and help ensure compliant billing and reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists and adherence to the Plan of Care.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate of Arts in OTA, state licensure or certification as required, and CPR certification. Prior experience in a similar setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• AA in Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Licensure and/or certification as required by state guidelines.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the supervision of an OTR as outlined in the Plan of Care.
• Document daily notes and assist in creating progress notes, discharge summaries, or monthly reports.
• Submit billing, payroll, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
