Qualifications

• Associates degree from accredited OTA program.

• Maintains current state OTA license; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain ethical practice per AOTA standards.
• Adhere to HIPAA and protect patient confidentiality.
• Under OT supervision, apply Evidence Based Practice.
• Adhere to and apply concepts from the OT Practice Frameworks.
• Demonstrates knowledge of OT Theory.
• Follows hospital policies and procedures.
• Respond to incoming consultations/assessments within 24 hours.
• Document evaluations and interventions per Butler Hospital policy.
• Communicate recommendations to the treatment team.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with OT supervisor and staff.
• Attend department meetings and engage in continuing education.
