Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Rhode Island license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently executes patient treatment programs to achieve goals established with the patient and OT.
• Assists OT in collecting objective data for assessments and performance areas.
• Consults with OT to progress patients to desired outcomes and adjust interventions.
• Document and bill accurately and timely in accordance with policy.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.
