Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered OT in facility settings. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence under supervision of the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program as per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification obtained.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with OT programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Contribute to restoring independence and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
