The Oaks at Timberline in Vancouver, WA is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment under an OT supervision, perform ADL retraining and modalities, and monitor patient progress.

Graduate of an accredited OTA program, hold state license, and all experience levels are welcome. Join a stable therapy team and align with CAPLICO values in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

The Oaks at Timberline in Vancouver, WA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
