Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will help treat patients by following individualized care plans.

You will assist with all phases of therapy, develop and implement treatment programs, discuss progress with patients, and maintain accurate charts while communicating with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff.

• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
